In 2012, Will was approached by Devon based ISC Media and Entertainment to franchise the musicians and repertoire of Dublin Brass.. The ISC strategy has been to expand the core ensemble and rebranding the group ‘Brass Warriors’.

As a consequence, nearly all the UK and Ireland is now covered by a Brass Warriors Ensemble available for charity fund raising events, graduation ceremonies, weddings, and specially commissioned religious services.

This franchised approach has proved encouragingly successful with musicians, performers, and audiences alike, reducing the overhead and thereby the cost of access to hear professionally played classical music to the highest standard. It also enables amateur choral societies to perform to a higher professional standard at affordable cost.

With the support of the ISC Media and Entertainment Will is organising a number of future concerts and recordings featuring brass music.
